VOLUNTEERING AND TRAINING
“History will judge us by the difference we’ve made in the everyday lives of children.”
- Nelson Mandela
Yoga for a Mindful Midwest offers a wonderful way to contribute time and talents to making a difference in the lives of area school children.
Volunteers commit to assist with school based programming. Volunteers help with set up & clean up as well as interact with participants in after school programs and classroom settings. Those volunteers working in the schools must complete a background check in order to participate.
Yoga for a Mindful Midwest is looking for volunteers who would like to assist with fundraising and program development.
Vounteers are needed for special events such as community fairs, kids events and limited or time sessions. Duties may include set up and take down, sitting at an information table or interaction with participants.
